Many of my images tend to be colorful giving them a painterly quality. Others are simple black and whites. While I’m drawn to color and romantic scenes, I also enjoy the simple detail, the minimalist view and the intuitive patterns life presents on a daily basis.

As a photographer and artist, I use my imagination in the thoughtful application of simple post-processing techniques to convey what I felt at the moment, rather than simply duplicate reality. Capturing a great shot in the camera is only half the challenge as it also needs to be finished in the digital darkroom. This process allows every artist to control the outcome of their own work to make it uniquely their own.
