This painting was painted pleinair as spring was erupting. The subject is a mansion on the hill in Rollingsford, NH, taking center stage among the mill buildings. I imagine the owner of the mill built this house , taking over his prominent position in the company.
This is framed in a beautiful black convex curved frame with gold colored detailed lip.
