Active SAA members who have paid the additional $10/year virtual gallery fee are eligible to have their artist profile included on the SAA website Association Member Virtual Galleries page. Please look at existing gallery pages as a guide.

Send the following information to: virtualgallery@seacoastartist.org

1 – Name

Exactly as you would like it to show.  If you use three names, which is your “last” name (for putting you in correct alphabetical order.)

2 – Bio

A paragraph or two about yourself, your art journey.  Send a photo of yourself if you want it included.

3 – How to Contact Me

If you have a website, put that address here.  If it has a Contact form, that should be all you need.  If you choose to include an email address, you list it straight like johndoe@gmail.com or have it a little less bot-harvestable, like johndoe at gmail.com

We can include your phone number, but we don’t recommend it on this public-facing website.

4 – About My Art

Media: ___________ (ie, watercolor, oil…)

Subjects: _______________ (ie, Landscape, Abstracts…)

For both – ok to list more than one.

5 – My Artwork

Up to 12 photos of your work with titles.  Use JPEG or PNG format image files and resize to 1,200 pixels or less in longest dimension. Indicate which one you want to be the featured image (the one that shows in the master gallery list) and whether you are a gallery member – one who hangs works all year and has gallery sitting duties (your name will be bolded in the list).

Virtual Gallery Updates

Members can also send any changes in their information, including image replacements, as needed, but remember that your images are simply meant to be representative of your work, not necessarily available for sale.

Note that our website is run by a volunteer with limited availability, so expect that requests may take a week or more to process. If you are an SAA member who would like to volunteer to keep our association’s website updated, please send us an email at webmaster@seacoastartist.org.
