Please look at existing gallery pages as a guide
New Virtual Galleries:
1 – Your Name – exactly as you would like it to show. It will then list as Your Name Gallery
2 – Bio. A paragraph or two about yourself, your art journey. Send a photo if you want it included.
3 – How to Contact Me
If you have a website, put that address here. If it has a Contact form, that should be all you need. If you choose to do email address… Take a look at how I did mine at the end of this.
I would encourage you to take a “less is more” approach. There are bots that scour the internet for phone numbers and email addresses. You are then added to call and email spam lists. And personally, I don’t think anybody needs your mailing address.

4 – About My Art
Media: ___________ (ie, watercolor, oil…)
Subjects: _______________ (ie, Landscape, Abstracts…)
For both – ok to list more than one.
5 – My Artwork
Photos of your work. Key attributes:
- Title
- If your work has straight sides, please make sure the image has straight sides. To do this, don’t zoom in too closely with your smart phone. The more you zoom in, the more they distort. This is important. I can’t correct for warped sides!
- Squared up. But…. If taking a straight on photo gives you glare problems, it’s ok. Send the cockeyed on. I will square up. Do provide the actual size please.
- Cropped to the edges of the image.
- Resized to 100 dpi. iow, if your image is 9 x 12, the image should be 900×1200 pixels.
Note – I can take care of items 3, 4 & 5 if you don’t have that skill.
And – let me know which one you want to be the featured image – the one that shows in the master gallery list.
Virtual Gallery Updates:
- Send new images, as above
- Send list of images to be removed.
- For any current images without titles, send titles.
For 2 & 3 above, however you need to communicate which image is fine – screen shot, description…

The treasurer will send me a list monthly of newly paid for Virtual Galleries. Once you’ve paid, you are free to send me your information, but I’ll be doing new Virtual Galleries monthly once I’m notified of who’s eligible.
